HOW TO SELFTAPE?

MODEL CARDS / TAG CARDS

• Please upload ONLY THREE images to Tagmin. These photos will appear on your Model Card (also known as the Tag Card).
• Your photos MUST follow all of the photo guidelines.
• The first photo must be a headshot.
• You need two headshots on your Model Card, with different emotions: one with a smile and one without.
• You must have one full-length or half-length photo.
• All photos MUST be resized/cropped using the IMAGE RESIZER app to 8x10 inches.
• Use the ‘IMAGE SIZE - PHOTO RESIZER’ app to crop/resize your photos before uploading them to Tagmin. Select the 8x10-inch frame size, and adjust your photo within the frame until you are satisfied with the result. Then, you can upload them to your Tagmin account.

  • AVOID:

    • Posting similar/identical photos.

    • Do NOT use the Tagmin crop tool. Once you upload your photos, Tagmin gives you the option to automatically crop them to the industry-standard headshot size (8x10 inches). Please REMOVE the tick from the box.

    How often should I update my child’s profile?

    • 0-3 months – Monthly

    • 3-18 months – Every 2 months

    • 18 months – 3 years – Every 4 months

    • Over 3 years – Every 6 months

    • Height, clothing size, and shoe size must be updated every 2 months for all age groups, even if the measurements have not changed. Please re-enter the same values in the box.

At R-TEN, we accept both professional and home photos for applications and updates, as long as they meet industry standards and adhere to our specific guidelines.

If you choose to submit a professional headshot, it’s crucial to select a photographer who is familiar with the unique requirements of talent and modeling agencies. Your photographer should be aware of the specific standards we expect. As a talent agency, we require all photos to align with professional standards.

SPOTLIGHT

If your child is 4 years and over, we strongly recommend you to join spotlight, if your child is already on spotlight please add R-TEN to the list of agents as soon as your representation starts.

Spotlight is an independent casting platform where we can submit your child for various roles, Spotlight is known as the best way to promote yourself as a professional performer and be seen by casting directors.
